Junior Design Associate (Design, Printing and General)

We are looking for candidates who have learned, have background and work experience to assist the senior designer and general day to day administration and operations at the Idea University schools and organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the the design department with general design & printing

  • Creating and managing accounts for email, viber, slack, facebook, instagram and other workplaces

  • Regularly adding blogs and forums on websites

  • Performing weekly backup & maintenance

  • Handling design, software, computer, projector, printing and operations

  • Any other related responsibilities and projects that arise

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to use Microsoft Offices, Illustrator & Photoshop

  • Collaborative attitude and team player

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn

  • Good communication skills, openness, and maturity
