PR & Media Officer


  • Writing and editing articles, news pieces, descriptions

  • Conducting interviews with professors, students, and representatives

  • Creating press releases and making the releases appear in print media

  • Arranging press conferences and media roundtables

  • Planning and taking charge of media invitations to the media events, launch events, and school ceremonies

  • Contributing to the marketing team by being a great addition in marketing projects leadership, management, and initiation



  • Have a good network in the media field

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in media, PR/marketing agency, or reporting field

  • Knowledge and ability to make judgments about the type of news that can make it to the news section in certain presses

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and ability to work in a team

  • Good command of English

  • Ability to shoot good photographs

Admission Counselor (Repat) | Marketing Department


  • Lead the role of an admission counselor in the interest of Marketing and Sales

  • Keep track of the data of prospective students and follow up

  • Manage the list and initiate efforts to develop student leads and interests, plan personalized events and corporate with admission team

  • Hold talks and seminars for university programs

  • Give consultation service to the prospective students and parents

  • Offer experience and expertise of someone who has studied abroad to the existing marketing team

  • Build relationships with prospective students

  • Support Alumni and students in the U.S.

  • Support up-to-date student database of current students, prospective students and alumni

  • Collaborate with other teams (academic, program and admission teams) to coordinate actions

  • Any other related responsibilities that arise


  • Experience studying abroad, preferably in the US or US university

  • Interest in sales and marketing

  • Interest in education field

  • Highly motivated

  • Positive, cooperative personality and ability to work in a team
