Marketing Director (American or Expat/ Repat)
We are looking for candidates, preferably foreign graduates, who have run the marketing department of an international school or an education agency for this position.
Boost the marketing initiatives and success of the recruitment efforts
Oversee the implementations of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
Establish marketing goals and market forecasts
Gather market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase recruitment conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Develop and administer yearly business development plans, events and projects
Give consultation service to the prospective students and parents as needed
Coordinate actions with education consultants and marketing coordinators
Collaborate with other teams (academic, program and admission teams) to coordinate actions
Any other related responsibilities that arise
Bachelor's Degree as a minimum requirement, preferably from a US university
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Flexibility to spend time out of office
Interest in education management and student recruitment
Positive, cooperative personality and ability to work in a team
Ability to handle complexity
Pleasant personality and great people skills
High emotional intelligence
