External Programs Coordinator & Admission Counselor (American or Expat)

Student recruitment department of Connect University is looking for External Programs Coordinator & Admission Counselor. American or Foreign citizens currently living in Myanmar, traveling spouses or housewives are encouraged to apply.


  • Boost the program & marketing initiatives and success of the recruitment efforts together with marketing team

  • Write content for social media and marketing events

  • Organize ESL placement tests, university entrance exams, and coordinate with faculty

  • Visit international schools, build relationship, hold talks and keep in touch

  • Take care of marketing events and programs with strong coordination

  • Give consultation service to the prospective students and parents

  • Coordinate actions with other education consultants and marketing coordinators

  • Collaborate with other teams (academic, program and admission teams) to coordinate actions

  • Any other related responsibilities that arise


  • Bachelor's Degree as a minimum requirement, preferably from a US university

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Flexibility to spend time out of office

  • Interest in education management and student recruitment

  • Positive, cooperative personality and ability to work in a team

  • Ability to handle complexity

  • Open-mindedness

  • Highly motivated

  • Pleasant personality and great people skills

  • High emotional intelligence
