Associate (IT and General)
We are looking for candidates who have learned, have background and work experience in IT and programming to assist the Director with IT affairs and general day to day administration and operations at the Idea University schools and organisations.
Creating new accounts and managing existing accounts for emails, Slack communication channel accounts and workplaces
Regularly adding blogs and forums on websites
Performing weekly PC maintenance
Handling software, computer, and projector errors
Adding rx record and domain verification
Internal networking set up
Any other related responsibilities and projects that arise
Attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Collaborative attitude and team player
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Good communication skills, openness, and maturity
Experience working minimum 2 years in IT field
Experience working at a foreign company or studying abroad
